When Sandy Spring Bank came to ask us if they could use social media to better serve their customers, we had no shortage of ideas. But before we took a first step, we recommended that we start with research to build a congruent strategy.
In addition to competitive analysis, we also designed, developed, and implemented one of the largest surveys about user online expectations in social media. The research alone is a great example of G.1440’s teams working together… We launched a survey skinned to match Sandy Spring’s brand, then we developed an email to promote the survey. Skilled design & Email Marketing expertise came together, delivering a 20% open rate, and a whopping 47% click through rate, leading to over 2,000 responses in a week!
